  • awesome. Thanks!

    great, works like a charm. Curious though, if WordPress uses this medium sized image for its Media modal, why would a theme unset this version? We all end up with extremely slow admin media page, due to its loading original size images…

    Is there a way to disable this unset in a child theme? So we are able to update flawlessly in a next update?

    Do you an ETA for the next update 2.0.1 (where the mobile menu undenting is also fixed) ?

    Thanks for the great support!

    Hi,

    4+5 is ok for now, thanks!

    1. The mobile menu now looks like:

    – item
    – – subitem
    – – subsubitem
    – – subsubitem
    – – subitem

    It should be indented correctly like:

    – item
    – – subitem
    – – – subsubitem
    – – – subsubitem
    – – subitem

    Hi,

    1. The subsubitem isn’t indented this way. It’s on the same horizontal level as subitem.

    2. Works like a charm, thanks!

    3. Hope you find a solution 🙂

    4+5. That could be a temporary fix, yes. Though I hope this bug will be fixed soon with full thumbnail support. Maybe that’s due to the jQuery plugin…

    Hi webadmin 🙂

    Thanks for the fast reply. Here are my comments.

    1. works like a charm, but could you add the second part of my question as well? The subsubitems need to indent too (double the indent of subitem).

    2. this piece of code works too, but needs a bit extra css I guess.
    2a. It should be only for mobile
    2b. I have (like the demo) some custom sections with backgrounds. Now the text in that section is to the edge of that section (and a little off, from the edge of the screen). maybe div.custom_section needs some padding too?

    3. OK, but isn’t this a WordPress or jQuery thingy too?

    4. yes I mean the lightbox. Take this page for instance http://web-rockstars.com/lambada/?page_id=2074 and make your browser like 500 or 600 pixels wide. Then you’ll see what I mean.

    5. See 4 🙂

    6. That will work, do you perhaps have a solution for child theme? I don’t want to have any custom things to do when updating your theme. Maybe add a contact.php in the child theme and copy over all code from page.php or something like that (but that’s not non-destructive too, ones you enhace the default template 🙂 )

    I was too late with editing. Another question…

    6. When I permanently delete /contact/ from my WordPress installation and create a brand new page /contact/ with the default template (not the contact template), it shows the contactform as well. Is that a bug? I don’t want the form from the theme, I use a plugin for my forms. Is it always injected when you have a page which URL is /contact/ ?

    sorry for the many replies. The edit function disappears after some time…

    Here’s the solution:

    // Change ‘wcs3_class’ slug to ‘Dansstijlen’
    register_post_type(
    ‘wcs3_class’,
    array(
    ‘labels’ => array(
    ‘name’ => __(‘Dansstijlen’),
    ‘singular_name’ => __(‘Dansstijl’)
    ),
    ‘public’ => true,
    ‘has_archive’ => true,
    ‘rewrite’ => array(
    ‘slug’ => ‘dansstijl’
    )
    )
    );

    // Change ‘wcs3_instructor’ slug to ‘instructeur’
    register_post_type(
    ‘wcs3_instructor’,
    array(
    ‘labels’ => array(
    ‘name’ => __(‘Instructeurs’),
    ‘singular_name’ => __(‘Instructeur’)
    ),
    ‘public’ => true,
    ‘has_archive’ => true,
    ‘rewrite’ => array(
    ‘slug’ => ‘instructeur’
    )
    )
    );

    (I know the classes posttype and slug come from the additional plugin, but the included team, client etc posttypes should be translatable as well (preferrable)

    Here’s what I found about slugs. Making them translatable at register point. http://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/65680/internationalize-translate-custom-post-types-taxonomies/65951#65951

    Is this correct and maybe something you can provide in a next release?

    Thanks for the link. But that doesn’t replace your created “Classes” and posttype “wcs3_class” in wp-admin to what I want.
    If I use the solution posted in your link, I am able to access that class page http://streetdancemaastricht.nl/wcs3_class/spinning/ like http://streetdancemaastricht.nl/lessen/spinning/ but it doesn’t feel right. I want to totally replace that wcs3_class name.
    If I check the source of http://streetdancemaastricht.nl/lessen/spinning/ then the canonical tag is again pointing to /wcs3_class/spinning

    Any advise?

    Thanks in advance!

    maybe you shouldn’t forget to fix it in a next release 😀

    Thanks for replying. My point was the import demo button doesn’t work properly.

    In my last SWF I’ve forgotton to active the theme.

    If I install the theme, activate it, first add the schedule plugin and activate it, then do a manual import via the xml file, then I get no errors. But the widgets and slideshows aren’t imported.
    So I decided to go the theme help page, and import only widgets and slideshows. It seems to work, I get no errors. Is this the right way of doing it?
