Uploading New Logo – Forum Articles not helping

Running WP version 5.1

Purchased theme and installed pretty easily but when updating the logo, we encountered an error. No matter what we tried the logo does not update. We even cleared history and cache on the browser.

Checked the forum here and found a few articles that did not describe the exact error but somewhere close enough to try. But no success – even tried the recommendations here: http://7theme.net/faqs/cannot-upload-logo-uploader-doesnt-return-logo-url/

Didn’t work. Please help!

thank you for your post. What theme do you use? And what version? Have you already tried to deactivate all plugins? If you want, you can send us ( info @ 7theme. net ) a login for your website, then we can take a look at it.

Yes. I did deactivate plugins and attempted to upload or use an image from the media gallery. Didn’t work.
