Unable to upload image in Allslider

Allslider was working, right up until I attempted to upload a >5MB jpg image. The upload showed PHP errors (did not screenshot), and now I’m unable to upload into Allslider. I can still upload to the Media Library.

In Allslider – I select an image from my computer, click Upload, and it appears to work. I see “File(s) Added Successfully” on the top of the screen. However, there are no images added in the “Imagelist”. I’ve tried from different browsers/computers. I can’t upload anything into Allslider, regardless of image size. I’ve looked for a log detailing the issue, but I can only find a log of the POST attempt (not any failure error):
