  • Well it took me a bit of a while as a newbie, but I finally managed to get Alessia installed on a brand new wordpress installation. Of course it doesn’t look anything like in the theme preview panel and thought the best place to start is likely the theme options.
However Im unable to navigate them. I have tried on edge and even done a brand new install of chrome but still no joy.
The only extention installed is akeeba backup and the wordpress importer.
I would like to get this to work and at least have ‘that’ gorgeous image on my front page as per the thumbnail preview 🙂
In short none of these options are clickable:

    General
    Sections
    User Interface
    Typography
    Body
    Header
    Slideshow Section
    Logo
    Menu
    Headline Section
    Main Section
    Footer Section
    Contact Page
    Error 404 Page
    Blog
    Sidebars
    Social Media

Hi, thank you for your post. Can you send us ( info @ 7theme . net ) a login for the website, then we can take a look at it. It’s hard to say what the problem is without seeing it. Thank you!

Thank you for the fast reply!
I’ve just sent the info requested via email 🙂

Thank you for the info you sent us. We were able to fix the problem, there was a bug in the code for the theme options. We already made an update, the new version is 1.05. You don’t need to upload the update, we already fixed the code on your website, now the theme options panel works fine.

    Ahh thank you so much!
Sorry that I found the bug!
The fix seems to work 🙂

    You are welcome!

I have the same problem as well. Under Appearance > theme options > none of the options are clickable. Please help.

Do you use the most recent version of the theme? If yes, can you send us a login, then we can take a look at the problem.

Ok, we checked it, you are using an outdated version of the theme, version 1.0, the current version is 1.07. As soon as you update the theme everything will work fine.

You can download the update in your account here on 7theme.net
