Hello,
I just purchased the Turningcrew theme a few weeks ago and I just noticed the theme options are not working at all when they used to. I already disabled plugins to find the culprit. I find from a PHP compatibility plugin that the Function create_function() is deprecated since PHP 7.2. Can we have an update on this? If so, when would that be? I’m trying to launch this website up before the end of the month for the new school year. I’d hate to ask for a refund if this does not work out.
Sincerely,
Jess
Hi Jess,
what version of the theme do you use? Normally, it’s fully compatible with PHP 7.x.
Hi,
Thanks for getting back to me. It is Version: 1.03. What version should it be?
Sincerely,
Jess
Hi Jess, the most recent version is 1.03. I think the problem is the most recent WordPress release, version 5.5. In this release WordPress removed the automatic jQuery migration, this can cause a lot of problems with most of plugins and themes. WordPress published a plugin to fix the problem with the version 5.5, can you install the plugin and check if it solves the problem? Here is the link:
