  • Hi Guys

I have been working on the shop element of our tuningcrew Theme , it has woocommerce which powers the shop. I’ve also just purchased Woocommerce Product Search but I cant seem to get any side bars added ?

does anyone know of a workaround pls/

    TIA Mark

    Hi Mark,

do you mean the shop page (with all products) or a single product page?

    hi support

any of the shop pages .. I am unable to get any structure changes and the product search widget visible

    Thanks Mark

Ok, we will take a look at it. Can you tell me what version of the theme and of WooCommerce you use?

    Hi support

Wordpress is 5.4.1 and WooC is 4.1.0

I have some other customisations needed around Woocommerce, is that something support can do with the chargeable option or would Woocommerce need to do that ?

    Thanks Mark

    Hi Support

Any help on this please. I want to get the shop up and running fully please so happy to pay for support if you can do what I need

    Thanks Mark

    Hi Mark,

no worry, you don’t have to pay, we don’t saw your last post. We checked it again on our side, looks like there is a conflict with one of the recent WooCommerce updates. We will check it again and try to solve the problem as soon as possible.

    hi .

I also wanted some other support for Woocommerce support for Klarna integration so happy to ?

    Thanks Mark

Ok, do you use a plugin for the Klarna payment gateway?

yes the plug in is installed but I am unable to get logo’s and messenger app installed . Im not sure where you add the code in woocommerces/site.

    Thanks Mark

Ok. Have you already asked the plugin developer? It sounds more like a problem/issue with the plugin than with the theme.
