Tripster Theme – Import Demo Content not possible

I’m trying to import the demo content from the theme help page, but after “Please wait while importing demo content…” nothing happens.

Every time I try to import it again, a new logo appears in the footer section.

Can you help me?

Hi,

in this case your server is too slow to import all content before it stops to work. You can try to import the demo content without the images, this is much faster. Otherwise, you only have the option to repeat the import until all content is imported. The logo in the footer is only the widgets, the importer will import also the widgets as long the checkbox is checked for the widgets in the import options. If you uncheck the checkbox it does not import the widgets anymore.

Unfortunately it doesn’t work anyway. Without images and widgets nothing change.

(Sorry for the double reply, I was trying to show you two screenshots)
I tried also to download the XML file but it doesn’t work anyway.
Have you maybe a Problem with the Server? Do you have eventually an alternative link where I can download the XML file?
