Themes doenst work, Themes lassen sich nicht anzeigen, aktivieren

Hi, we just bought 2 themes, upluod to wordpress were working, but after activation we got this failure alarm, warnings instead the theme display. We need a quick help. What can we do.
If you have somebody is speaking german, would be easier for us.
