Theme Trattoria Issues

I have been using Trattoria theme for almost 2 years. Recently when I opened my web page the fonts and background colors changed. I restored the site from backup but three days later it changed again. I contacted my hosting company and they advised me the theme is causing the problem. My last five backups have failed as which again the hosting company said it was due to the theme. I need help troubleshooting the problem.

Hi, thank you for your post. For a hosting company the problem is always the theme, it’s the most comfortable way to close the support ticket 🙂

I’m not really sure why the theme should be the problem, but we can try it. What version of the theme do you use? May you send us ( info @ 7theme . net ) send us login credentials, so we can check the backend for the problem.
