    We have just bought 50 themes at your site 7theme.
    We have already tried 3 (Justice, Gravity & Crome) and in all of them the “Theme options” accesss is missing.

    When going to “Theme help”: ./themes.php?page=sl_help_page
    there is an access to the related “Theme options”: ./themes.php?page=options-page.php,
    but this is the only message when clicking: “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page”.
    What’s the matter? it’s happening with all your themes? what’s the solution?
    We need them working with high hurry.

    Hi innovanity,

    sorry for the trouble, but its a problem with the server settings (the security settings are too high). Please contact your hosting provider and ask the support team for lower security settings. You can tell the support the problem with wordpress options, I think they should know what to do.
