Theme Options Error 500

When I try to access the theme options, it appears to me the error 500, followed by this message

I zeroed the domain, and installed everything again, and yet still the error, which appears to be on the page, but I haven’t changed anything on the subject.

Found the problem, it’s your server setting. We’ve made a “soft” version with only a few options in the theme options, now it’s working. Please contact your hosting provider and ask them for better server settings, especially for very big forms and big amount of php arrays.

This error is caused by the options we’ve deleted to remove the error 500 by your server. After contacting your hosting provider you can use the normal theme version. Please contact first your hosting company and ask them for a faster server, then you can use the theme with all options and without any problem.

I still have the problem.
I contacted my server and did their part, which is to increase the memory limit. But the topic still doesn’t work the Theme Options.

It is worth mentioning that, I need to have the theme file that works, because if I need to install again I won’t have to go through that again.

it’s not enought to increase the memory limit, they should give you a normal hosting so you can use WordPress and use if for a modern and fast website. I dont know what minimum settings your server has, but they have to increase it, not just the memory limit, also suhosin.request.max_vars, post_max_size and output_buffering. With minimal server settings you will have always have problems, with the speed of your website, while using plugins, with search engine rankings,…

If you want, you can send us again a valid login for your website, then we can take a look at the php.ini settings and tell you what exactly they have to increase
