    Hi Sascha,

have you change something? Installed a new plugin? Can you send us the link to the page with the problem?

Hi, i did not change anything for about 2 month all was going good => my customer could not decide about going on an the project slept until last Friday. I re-entered the site and the mistake was there 🙁
Because the site is not public right now i give you access to backend (admin role) => so you can see back- and frontend.
    Greetings Sascha

Changed by admin: please send login only via mail, it’s a public forum and anyone can read this post

The slider you have choosen is not a full-width slider, please choose for example the “Cycle Slider” instead of the “Sly Slider”

    Hi,
this works, but the slider is not responsive. is there a way to fix that?
    Greetings Sascha

What exactly is not responsive with the slider? Normally it’s working without any problem. Can you send us again the link to the page?

    Hi,
    here are the access data:
    user:***************
    pass: ***************
    Site: http://www.english-2-go.de/

When the viewport is getting smaller, the image does not resize. It is cut off right and left and the height does not shrink.

    Greetings Sascha

    Hi Sascha,

we checked the source code and found the problem. There are changes in the code of the slider script, that’s why it’s not working. Do you use a “pagespeed” plugin? Have you made the changes?

As soon you replace the changes with the original code it will work without any problem.

By the way: don’t post logins here in this forum, it is public and anyone can read this!

    Hi,
do you have a sollution in the meantime? => see our emails.
    Thank you for answering.
    Greetings Sascha

    Wrote you already via mail…
