Theme Demo content does not work

I purchased the Redcorner theme and followed the instructions on your site upload the xml and tried the auto importer from the theme screen. I get the Below errors.

Error when trying to install the xml file.
Failed to import Media “fsl2”
Failed to import Media “sll4”
Failed to import Media “import.xml”

Error When running auto importer
Importing slideshows….

I checked my email. I do not have a response to my email at all? what is the address you are sending from?

We are sending from info @ 7theme . net. We answered your mail 4 days ago. You sent us your website and we wrote to you that the site is not working, there is always a server timeout before the website is loading.
