    Not sure why I would be getting this error when attempting to upload the theme to wordpress, as I have no limitations set on file upload sizing. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi,

    the max upload size is always up to the hosting provider. You can contact the provider and aks for a better maximum file upload size, or you upload the theme via FTP
