    I purchased a support package last week and have been trying to find out how to get in touch with someone for the help I need. How do I get in touch with someone for help?

    I checked it, our system sent you already an mail with the contact details. If you don’t get the mail, maybe it was in your spam folder. You can send us an mail to info @ 7theme . net, one of our support team will take care of you.

    @dustin: Have you installed plugins? If yes, please deactivate all plugins and try it again. Another reason could be your server, we know this problem from another client. If your memory is very low, it can cause this problem. In this case, you have to contact your hosting provider and ask to increase it.
