normally you can repeat the request without any problem, our system will send you then another license key. Please submit again the license form in WP admin -> Appearance -> Theme Help

Have you checked also the spam folder? If you don’t receive the mail you can send us (info @ 7theme . net ) the link to your website and a login, then we can register it manually for you.
