Skyline theme translation/locale

Hi!

I did everything as you advised, translated all the missing (missing translations) po. (mo.) files and uploaded them,
translated absolutely everything in languages/themes folder, particularly in wp-content/languages/themes – skyline-ru_RU.po
and in themes/skyline/languages folder as well.
ru_RU.po

I even tried to put the missing line of code (function in wp-config.php):
define (‘WPLANG’, ‘ru_RU’);
which also appeared to be worthless.

Please, could you just please help me out with this? Whatever I do doesn’t work and I still can’t translate custom fields, taxonomies, custom posts (like object descriptions, contact forms, etc.)

I’ve read plenty of forum posts, etc, but I still don’t understand, how to activate translations/locale in this theme (Skyline), does it work at all?
