  • Hello,

I have developed my site on my localhost (theme vinoterra), and I’ve registered the theme and everything. But now, I have uploaded the site to the web hosting, and the theme is not working properly. I think there is a problem with the license or something related since I can’t access to a dynamic css and a js file.

    Can you please help me?

    Thank you in advance.

    Arnaldo González

    Hi Arnaldo,

we checked your website, it’s a problem with your server. We checked the folder for the files, and the files are there. Please contact your hosting provider and tell him that the 2 php files are blocked by the server and that they have to change the server settings

    Hello!

Thank you for your answer. I have asked already to my hosting provider to change the server settings about those .php files.

By the way, those files at first glance seems suspicious, for the name they have. It is common for malware hide their scripts in that way.

    I will keep you updated.

    Thank you again.

Yes, we know, but it’s the only way to make customizations possible without adding all css code in the header (this will produce long loading times, is not best practice and bad for SEO), and with all other customizable WP themes it’s the same. But most hosting provider have no problem with such kind of files, and all the rest change it without any problem.

Thank you for your help and for the explanation about those php files.

I have changed the file’s permissions and everythong works as expected.

    Best Regards!

    You’re welcome!
