Shortcode Generator not showing up

All I see when I open the shortcode generator is a big white box. I waited several minutes for it to load, but it didn’t.

I’m using the Nuovo theme.

What’s going on?

we’ve tested it right know with the current WordPress version, and all is working without any problem. Can you please try to deactivate all plugins and check if its working then? Usually most of the problems are caused by plugins.

If its not working after deactivate the plugins, can you send us the link to your website and a login, then we can take a look at it: info @ 7theme . net

I’m on a Macbook Pro with Google Chrome. I’ve tried deactivating all the plugins, and then tried a PC. Nothing works. I’m also using WP 4.1.1

we’ve tried to loggin to your website but the complete website is blocked, we cannot access it. I think thats also the problem with the shortcode generator, because its a new page and I think also this is blocked by your server / website.
