Schumaker WP Theme not Loading

Hi,
I purchased the Schumaker WordPress theme tonight and installed it, following the instructions for the theme install. The license code was entered and the demo content was imported after the install. When activating the theme, there is a blank page – nothing loads.

The site is running WordPress 4.7.12 is installed.

Is there any further information about activating this theme please?

Hi, we tested the theme again on our server, but it is working without any problem. Have you installed plugins? The blank page is only in your WordPress admin area or on the front-end of your website? Can you send us the link to the page with the problem?

Hi, I decided to pay for installation of the theme, so hopefully this will resolve the problem.
