Hm, we know this problem only if the server (also localhost) is not set correct or on some multi-site WordPress installations. Do you use a normal WordPress installation on a public server?
I used sort of Presets by 1&1…:(

No localhost. But its a Subsite
Delete it and install it yourself, because if you use the 1&1 preset you don’t have the full admin rights!
Ok. So I have to backup the whole Site and reinstall it anew?
Yes, exactly. But then all is working without any problem.
