refund on may theme

Good day I not happy at all I bought the theme from guys who used steven help me to put it on but still not the user-friendly theme I ask for a refund because not going to use that theme but no response I remove them theme but still no feedback I, not happy client because send in the mail no feedback even when ask PayPal send you mail also so you ignore me so I am waiting for a response

I am not worried m even if charger me handling fee I fine but want half of my money back or all of it not going use that theme
