Question about Quick Gallery

Hi,

I purchased the restaurant ‘Gourmet’ theme a while ago and I’m having trouble creating a Quick Gallery on my Homepage.

I’m doing the following::
Add a new page, create a new gallery, then I don’t insert the gallery but close the window instead. I set the page to Quickgallery grid template.

Then, on the page I want the gallery to show, I insert the page id in the shortcode.
Whenever I do this, My gallery does appear, however, it also shows áll of my pictures in the media library.

What am I doing wrong? I can’t seem to figure this one out.

I hope you can clear this up for me, I really want to make this work.

Have you insert the id of the page in the shortcode? It’s also important that you upload the images when you create the page (dont choose already uploaded images).

I was working with already uploaded images, so I tried uploading them like you said, and that works! Thank you so much, I wouldn’t have figured this out without your help.
