Priority support?! -

I know this is not meant to pop up in this forum but I’ve purchase the priority support services however have not received any email address of any contact person I can send my requests to although that’s promised in the package. Shame. Money came out of my account straight away but where’s the service I’ve apparently paid for?

have you checked your spam folder? Normally you receive a mail from one of our support team…

I talked already with one from our team, he said he answered already via mail…
