Paris Hotel Theme – Error 500

When I try to access the theme options, it appears to me the error 500, followed by this message

I contacted my server, they increased my memory limit and made a better setting for my sites. The memory limit that was initially spent 32M to 96M

I need a permanent solution to use the theme, because until now I couldn’t use him.
It is worth mentioning, I need the theme file in order to work, because I cannot stay depending on the support every time you install the theme.

we’ve tested it on 7 different accounts from 7 different hosting provider, and it’s always working. I dont know what minimum settings your server has, but they have to increase it, not just the memory limit, also suhosin.request.max_vars, post_max_size and output_buffering. If you want, you can send us again a valid login for your website, then we can take a look at the php.ini settings and tell you what exactly they have to increase
