  • I paid for the medium customisation on 21st July, 7 days ago and sent instructions by email. I have heard nothing back and the work hasn’t been done despite that work was estimated to take 1-3 days. I have tried emailing but get no response. Can someone please let me know what is happening with this?

    Hi, The email was sent to info@7theme.net in reply to an email from Stefan. I paid on 21st July and sent the changes to be made. It was re-sent on 27th. Please let me know which email I should send it to.
