    beside of missing functionality for a high-priced theme like this (sticky header menu, charging for support etc.), there are also theme issues which shouldn’t be.
    Creating a child theme with a plugin is not working, breaks whole site.
    How should this be done?
    Working with WooCommerce and rating system for products, there are no stars (or something else) visible. You can just guess where the are and try to click.

    How can this be fixed?
    Where can I edit the colors for shop and product pages if I don’t want to go with site settings?
    Hope this will not lead in an email for buying support resources again!
    These are base functionalities.

    Hi Hermann, thank you for your post. First of all: the support is for free, only premium support (weekends and holidays,…) is a paid service.

    If a plugin is not working then there is a problem with the plugin, not with the theme. We always recommend creating the child-theme manually, because there are always problems with plugins or automatically generated child-themes (wrong stylesheet order, problems with the files in the header,…). There are a lot of tutorials out there where you can create a child-theme without a plugin.

    For the WooCommerce problems: can you send us (info @ 7theme . net) a link to the page with the problems, then we can take a look at it. It’s hard to say what went wrong without seeing the problem and the source code.

    Hi there, it’s now 7 days ago when I’ve had sent you the needed information.
    This is not the support I’m used to have on other themes or plugins.

    Let me know if you can fix this or not.
    Else or if not I have to go with another theme. And request a refund of course.

    Hi, sorry for the late answer. We fixed it on your website, the star rating is working now. There were a lot of problems with your caching module, that’s why it took so long. Please delete your browser cache and the website cache to see the changes.

    I can verify that it is working now.
    I only need to know which files you have amended/added so that I can backup them in case I have to setup the page from scratch.

    Hi, we only added some lines of CSS code, you can see the code in WP admin -> Appearance -> Theme Options -> General -> Extra CSS Content (and copy it for your backup)
