Nuovo theme not complete with new wordpress 3.9.1

I upgraded my wordpress to 3.9.1 and since I have not been able to view the visual in the post and/or page editors. When I go to the text option, I can edit, but then it disappears. All my options and functions for the editor writer and gone as well. Do I need to do something to have the theme compatible. I opened wp in explorer and chrome, same results. I added define('SCRIPT_DEBUG', true); to my wp-config.php file.

we’ve tried to reproduce the error on our localhost, but no matter what we do, we don’t get this error. If you want, you can send us ( info @ 7theme . net ) the login for your WordPress admin, then we can have a look at it and fix the problem.
