  • I purchased a theme from 7Theme but when I submit my email and purchase code into the system I don’t receive a license key back. This is making it so I can’t use the theme. I’ve tried several email addresses, and several combinations of codes &c but haven’t been able to get it to work.

    Looks like your email provider rejects our emails.

    If you want, you can send us a login for your website, then we can activate the theme manually for you. In the meantime you can skip the theme registration and use the theme without any problem.
