  • Unfortunately you are not allowed to access this page.

i have no access to the theme settings/options page.

    Hi,

if you are not allowed to access the page, then you don’t have the full admin rights for your WordPress installation. I suppose you use a “one click installation” from your hosting provider, not the original version from wordpress.org? Mostly the hosting provider don’t give you the full admin rights for those installations, you can contact your hosting provider and ask for the admin rights or delete this installation and use the original WordPress, then it will work without any problem.

yes i fix it if i reinstall the wordpress new ^^ without the one click installation.

Ok, great, I’m glad it’s working now!

Hi, same problem here. Fresh install in xampp. WordPress 4.9; Theme: Planco
    There is also a error message: `Warning: Declaration of Menu_With_Description::start_el(&$output, $item, $depth, $args) should be compatible with Walker_Nav_Menu::start_el(&$output, $item, $depth = 0, $args = Array, $id = 0) in C:\xampp\htdocs\projekt01\wp-content\themes\planco\functions.php on line 240
    `

    Hi,

I’m sorry, it’s not the same problem.

The “Error” you see is only a warning and normally it is not visible on public websites, only if you are working in developer mode and has php error messages set, then your server will output this warning.

Please change the error messages settings in your php.ini file. We added also a workaround in version 1.03 of the theme, you can also update the theme.

Thx, now it works for me.

    Ok, perfect! 🙂

    Hello,

I bought a bundle on greedeals.com and I have the same problem with Arcon and Planco themes.
I tried to install using the original WordPress instead of the onclick-install recommended by my hosting provider but, I still have no access ton the theme-options.

    Thank you in advance.

    Hi,

can you please tell me if you can see this link: Wp admin -> Appearance -> Editor? Can you see the link WP admin -> Appearance -> Theme Options?
