New Home Theme template

Good morning,

I am new to word press and just recently purchased the “New Home” theme, when I activate it, it doesn’t look the same or the interface isn’t coming up, basically just looks like a plain page. Is there anyone that could assist me? I appreciate your help!

The theme is install wrong. The stylesheet files are missing. If you want, you can send us your login, then we install the theme for you (its free).

Please send the login to info@7theme.net, don’t post it here!

I thought something was wrong, when I purchased it, it actually put 6 of the same themes in my files of themes, if that makes sense. I’ll email you my log in info. Thank you SOOO much!

Yes, its not the first time when a client bought a theme by a hosting provider.

Can you post instructions on how to install/re-install? I installed the theme via my hosting provider as well and I have the same issue.

Can you please advise on the appropriate way to install the theme?

Normally we upload the theme from scratch by our computer. Can you download the theme?
If you want, you can send us (info@7theme.net) the link and your login for your WordPress installation, then we can do it for you (easiest way for you, and it’s free 🙂 )

Do you have a link from which I can download the theme? I purchased it from my provider via mojomarket.

Found the download link. So I should be downloading themefiles?

Normally you can download it directly on Mojomarketplace. But before you install it again, please delete the old installation. It is enough if you delete one of the theme folder, then the rest are gone too.

Yes, download it, delete the old theme on your server and then upload it again.

Just gonna re-install word-press now. Can’t find the delete option for the previous themes.

Go to WordPress admin, click “Appearance”. Here is an overview of all uploaded themes. If you use WordPress Version < 3.8 you will find a red link below the preview. If you use WordPress 3.8, you have to click on the preview image and than there is a link at the bottom to delete it.
