Menu Background Color?

Have the Hardware theme. Using theme options, I was able to change the background of the menu from default green to red. However, the “container” for the menu is still green – so when I look at the site on a wider resolution, it goes from red to green in the margins. I can’t for the life of me find the setting to make the whole thing red.
