Latest Caboom version ???

I have the Caboom theme version 2.03 but it looks like it was not updated since 2015.
Is this theme still supported ? Our site does not show up right, is that because the theme is out of date ?
Please kindly advise.

the Caboom theme is still supported, the most recent version is 2.13, so it looks like you are using an outdated version. Please update the theme, I’m sure it will work again.

Sorry, can you please elaborate on how to specifically update the theme to the latest version. There is no update link inside WP in which we can update automatically.
Please kindly advise.

The theme update function works only for themes from wordpress.org, all other themes you have to update manually. Please go to WordPress admin -> Appearance -> Themes -> Add new, then upload the zipped themes files you downloaded before. With the next step you have to confirm to overwrite the existing themes files and all is done.

It looks like it was purchased first in 2015, and I no longer have the original zip file to load.
