"Label" feature won't save in Real Broker theme

In the Real Broker theme, the Label (Sold, Reduced, Offer, Last Minute and Bargain) won’t save. I found the PHP page and lines where that is controlled, but I can’t figure out what is wrong. Below is the code from those sections.

Hi,

the label function is not yet included in the theme, we only planned this function, added some code and forgot to remove the dropdown. At the moment the function is not yet available, we planned this feature for a future update.
