Insufficent permission options-page.php

Hi! I just bought Stellar but I can’t change logo or access the page /wp-admin/themes.php?page=options-page.php at all.

I’ve tried to delete the blog, reinstall wordpress, a clean install without plugins then load the theme but still the same error.

Hi,

do you use a pre-installed WordPress? Is your hosting company 1&1? In this case please read this post and don’t use those “one-click WordPress installation”, because it’s a modified version…
