Images in person grid not responsive

Hi. I purchased 10 license for Hot Theme.
Our agency has 30 models and i want to display all 30 models in Home page.
But images in person grid [person_grid number=”30″ columns=”4″] are not responsive.
30 images means 2-3 MB. For mobile use is to big data and in slow conncection the total loading time si over 10 seconds. My old theme have responsive images in grid galleries. How make images responsives in person grid in your Hot theme, according to the resolution of device ?

Hi,

it’s not working because the image size is customizable, see WP admin -> Appearance -> Theme Options -> Image Sizes -> Thumbnails.

If you want, you can remove this function if you remove the tag in the file “person-entry.php” on line 24 and replace it with the new WordPress responsive image function, here is a little tutorial:

But in this case you’ll lose the customizable image size.

Thank you ! I used an alternative solution, I added as representative images new dedicated images with a lower resolution.
