I can't find Theme Options in Kidzz Theme

Hello, I cannot find the Theme Options menu in Kidzz Theme.
What could it be?

When I try to turn off the notification on the front page, this is the link:

but I get this error message:
You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.

Hi,

if you cannot acces this page, then you don’t have the full admin rights for the WordPress installation. I guess you used a “one click WordPress installation” from your hosting provider? Because those WordPress releases are modified, and you don’t have the full admin rights. Check please also WP admin -> Appearance -> Edit, if you cannot see this link, then it’s a modified version. In this case you have to contact your hosting provider and ask for all admin rights
