How to disable automatically created "contact form" in page "contact"?

I’v a page “contact”. Automatically, there is a contact form (name, email, message) on this page (within the theme). How can I disable it?

Found it! Deleting of the page “page-contact.php” helped!

Ok, glad you found the solution. Sorry for that, but as soon you set permalinks and use “page contact” as page title, WordPress will always take this template for this page, no matter what you set in the settings…
