Can you please explain, how to install multi-language versions of the website?

I’d like to create multi-language website, is it possible to do with this theme?
Could you kindle explain, what steps do I need to follow to get it done?

“100% translation ready” and “Skyline comes with the .po/.mo language files included so you can easily translate your whole website into any language you want!” means you don’t have to use the theme in english, you can translate it in ANY language, not in all languages.

For multilanguage websites you need always a plugin, because it’s nothing the theme can do for you and it’s also not the job of the theme. You can take a look at this plugin:
