Hercules Theme – Menu not visible on Mobile

Hi,

Regarding the Hercules Theme, I turned on the menu and I can see it on my PC (and is working) but it is not working on the mobile version.

Is there a setting I need to adjust? Please let me know if you need more information.

what exactly is not working? Don’t appear it on your mobile device? Can you send us the link to your website?

Hi,

The menu is only showing on a PC browser. And, it works as expected. But It is not appearing on a mobile device. You only see the 3 bars but when I tap to expand I only see an X… No menu items. It originally worked. I turned off the menu because the site wasn’t ready and then we turned it back on and now I’m having this problem. it is this way on each page.

Ok, we’ve tested it and you are right, we have to fix the javascript file thats is responsible for the mobile navigation. We will update the theme as soon as possible, we post another post as soon it’s available…

New version is 1.02 and now available

I reinstalled it and the menu works on iPad both landscape and portrait. but on my iPhone, only the landscape seems to be working. Portrait is still not showing.

I took the download from the 7theme.net site (under my downloads) and installed it and reapplied the menu. I noticed that the theme details still show the old version number (1.01).

Did I miss something in the install or is it just a bug on the portrait side?

hm, strange, maybe in your browser cache was the link to the older version of the theme. We’ve send you the file now via mail…
