Group Trattoria simple menu list by Category

Hi I fell in love with his theme as soon as I saw I but I’m about to give up on it since I cannot seem to be able to group the simple menu list by category. Am I missing something? any help would be greatly appreciated.

it’s very easy, just add the option >> categoy=”” << to your shortcode, i.e.: [meal_simplelist category="pizza" items="6"] It's important that you use the "slug" or the category, not the name, i.e. "pizza-and-burger" instead of "Pizza and Burger".
