  • Hi

We use your shortcode for a google map like this:

    [map type=’ROADMAP’ width=’100%’ height=’400px’ zoom=’18’ x=’46.92747174′ y=’7.56445762′]

Now we changed from http to https and now, the map does not work anymore.

In the console we see the following error:

Mixed Content: The page at ‘https://paprica-worb.ch/standort/’ was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure script ‘http://maps.google.com/maps/api/js?sensor=false’. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.

How we can implement the google map with the shortcode over https?

    Thanks very much.

    Best regards
    Mike

    Hi Mike,

at the moment we do updates for all our themes to fix this problem, but this will take some time. The best way to solve the problem is to use the Google Maps embed code, you can find it on the Google Maps website -> Burger menu on the top left, share and embed.
