  • Hi guys!

I have a problem with GoldenCare Theme. I am unable to change font size and color for main menu. Whatever I do main menu persists gray colored and small sized. The strange thing is if I go to the Appearance – Customize and change the size or color it is correctly shown in the preview. But.. nothing happen when I save changes.
Could you, please, give me a hint how to resolve that?

    My web: http://www.dpsbechyne.cz

    Thank You very much.

    Hi Marek,

looks like the customcss file is not working, because is completely empty, you can see it here:

Have you insert custom css codes in WP admin -> Appearance -> Theme Options -> General -> Extra CSS Content? Maybe there is a code what crash this file…

I installed the theme and imported demo data. Then I realized I am unable to change menu size and also a logo size thru the Theme Options. I have been trying to solve this problem thru Extra CSS Content, but it does not work. So I cleaned up Extra CSS Content. After that I tried to change menu size thru Customize and discovered preview is working but all of the changes are not saved for the web.

Yesterday I deleted everything from the web (including the database). I did a fresh installation of WordPress and the theme on a different place (hosting is the same). Problem persists.

I am using WordPress 4.4.2, PHP 5.3. Could it be a compatibility problem?

OT: One more issue… I am getting an internal server error when trying to save Theme translation.

    Thank you for any suggestions

I just upgraded PHP version to 5.6 and everything works fine. Problem solved. 🙂

    OK Marek, perfect!
