featured Image and Headline on each page

Is it possible to get an featured image (always the same) and the headline on each page?

Best to change the code?

yes, of course it’s possible. There is an extra headline section in this theme, you can see it here:

The settings for this section you can find in WP admin -> Appearance -> Theme Options -> Headline Section, there you can add the background image. Then edit the page(s) where you want to show the headline section, click the “Headline” tab in the settings box below the editor and check the checkbox, that’s all
