Error when modify the Second Footer Content

I’m using TRATTORIA theme. When I modify the Second Footer content, it gives me Error message. please help

what exactly is the error message? Does is appear in the theme options or in the second footer section in the front-end?

It appears in theme options > second footer section.

Any changes I made into this section, after I click the save button, a window pop-up with the message “Error”

No other message. Click OK on that window, the page loads without ending.
I have to click back or refresh button to stop it.

Is your WordPress installation a multisite installation or a normal installation? Have you installed plugins?

normal installation. no additional plugins installed.

Hm, strange. Can you send us ( info @ 7theme. net ) a login for your website and the link to your WordPress installation, then we can check the backend for the problem.

Hi,

thank you for the login. It is a problem with your server settings, because we tested it and the server for the ajax request return an error403, means the server don’t allow do access this file. In this case the only thing you can do is to contact your hosting provider
