Eiffel Theme main content not responsive

I’m using the Eiffel Theme for a client and have just about completed the new site. However the main content is not responsive on mobile.

The menu and for respond properly.

I’m guessing the responsive.css file is losing in the incorrect order.

Any idea on how to fix?

thank you for the link to the page! Here we have the same problem, the child theme overwrite the responsive css of the main theme…
