When I send a mail from the first contact form (in the tab “le propriétaire”)
the content of the second contact form disappear .. so there is a link between the call of two contact shortcode on the same page … but I don’t understand what

ok, we’ve tested it again, and the first contact form is working, only the second one is not working, I think its because you are using 2 forms on the site (The ajax script is working with the ID of the contact form, maybe it checks only the first one). When you remove one of the forms, then its working.

Anyway in the “Userpro” javascript file was an error, and also this could make problems.

I think its not possible due the javascript problem. Why dont you use a contact form plugin for the second contact form? Like this here:
