Dropdown/Sub Menu Colors Not Updating

Working on the site http://www.nccoastalrealestate.com/, running the Real Broker theme and previously the dropdown/sub-menu color options for the main menu matched the main menu colors but now the background is white/transparent instead of the background color I set (#003366). I have gone into the theme options, everything in the navigation shows the the text being white with the background being the dark navy/blue but when viewing the site, only the main menu shows the correct color. If you hover over any of the options, the dropdown/sub menu isn’t updated.

This worked previously (November 2018) and I even went as far as resetting my theme options but am still having this issue.

looks like you hosting provider updated the PHP version. Do you use the most recent version of the theme? What version do you use?

Looks like I am running version 1.03. Tried to download an updated version from Mojo Marketplace, where I bought it in 2014, but it not longer allows me to access the theme. Everything shows updated on the WordPress dashboard
