custom option – theme Prestige

Hi,
I would like in Prestige Theme to put a picture before (a the top) the search engine but when I edit the page when the “custom option” when it’s enable always be a the top of the page when it’s publish.
I would like to put a picture then below put the search engine
Can you tell me how to make jsut for one page the “custom option” search engine appear after a picture:

Hi,
I find out the shortcode “[search_real_estate]” but when i put it on, the field get vertically not horizontally:
Type
Kind
Country
and not like
Type Kind Country

I solved it by doing :
<div id=”research_header” class=”inner csl”>[search_real_estate]</div>

and then everything is center
