How can I modify the images or icons in the serviceboxes for my own?

What servicesboxes do you mean? Can you post the shortcode you use? Because there are 2 different service boxes shortcodes included…

Type 5 on the serviceboxes page:

I’d like to use my own image, instead of the bell icon.

Sorry, “Type 5” is working only with icons. You can set an image for “type 4” and “type 7″. The option is:

image=”__link__to__your__image.jpg”

The icons instead you can change, the icons are from Font Awesome:
